We want you to love your Velouré Luxe pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the process simple and seamless.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible full-priced items. To be accepted, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Free from marks, fragrances, or damage
Returned with all original tags attached
Sent back in original packaging where possible
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, we’re happy to offer an exchange (subject to availability). If your preferred item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale, promotional clearance pieces, gift cards, and selected limited-release styles are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as Velouré Luxe cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
